Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of BillShredder. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

BillShredder helps users evaluate and pursue potential internet-bill savings. Results depend on provider availability, account eligibility, location, timing, and other factors. We do not guarantee that a provider will offer a particular price, plan, credit, or level of savings.

Your authorization and final approval

You authorize us to use the information and access you provide only to perform requested services. We will not accept a plan change, contract, cancellation, equipment change, fee, or unrelated product on your behalf without your express approval of the final terms.

Fees

There is no upfront fee. If we obtain savings you approve, our one-time fee is 25% of your first year’s savings, as presented before you accept the result. If we do not obtain savings, you owe no success fee.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, use the service lawfully, and review provider terms before approving a change. You must not interfere with the service, misuse another person’s account, or attempt unauthorized access.

Third-party services

Internet providers and other third parties control their own products, prices, systems, and terms. BillShredder is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, representations, or decisions.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. BillShredder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
